We use FTP to simplify the process of exchanging files. You can upload digital files on FTP without worrying about the file size. There is no limit to the size of the files you can upload. This enables us to work quickly and effectively. While using FTP, we have taken appropriate measures for confidentiality. The FTP site is absolutely secure and no third party has access to it.

Confidentiality
We do not work with freelancers. All transcription work is handled in-house. Even file transfers are done using our own FTP site. All information is completely secure and only our company transcribers have access to it. We have a policy of complete confidentiality. However, we can also sign a non-disclosure agreement, on request.
