Voxtab considers any and all information related to its clients to be strictly confidential. We undertake a number of steps to ensure that the information is accessible only to those authorized to have access.
- Since we work on the Internet, we use technology like firewalls and antivirus programs to ensure that no third party gains access to client information by force.
- Only employees interacting with the client or working on the assignment have access to the client information. It is shared only on a "need-to-know" basis.
- Working with freelancers increases the risk of leaking client information. In order to maintain a high level of confidentiality, Voxtab does NOT work with freelancers at all.
- All our employees, partners, and vendors have signed confidentiality agreements and will not make client information available to anyone outside Voxtab, unless authorized in writing by the client.
- We do not disclose any confidential information unless required to do so by law or any regulatory authority. Even in such cases, we inform the client and seek his/her prior permission before disclosing any information.
We maintain complete secrecy on all our assignments. However, we can also sign a non-disclosure agreement with our clients, on request.
